Led by Campden BRI, the Food & Health Innovation Service will directly support Scottish food and drink companies seeking to exploit the burgeoning market for healthy food and drink products, estimated to be worth £20bn in the UK and more than £300bn globally.

This unique project brought to you by Scottish Enterprise and Scotland Food & Drink will, for the first time, provide a seamless range of practical support measures to help Scottish companies fully realise their growth potential in this marketplace.

Support is available to companies across the food and drink supply chain, whether  they are seeking to maximise the opportunity in naturally healthy food and drink products, develop leading edge functional foods, or are seeking to reformulate existing products.
